Admission Procedure

At De-Young Nursery & Primary School and De-Young Comprehensive College, admissions are conducted on the school premises.

  • The date and time of the admission process will be communicated after you complete the registration form, or displayed on the school notice board.
  • Registration forms are available at the Secretary’s Office during official working hours.

Required Documents

To complete the application, please provide copies of the following:

  1. Two passport-size photographs of the child
  2. Proof of residence (Bank statement, Electricity bill, or Passport)
  3. Medical certificate – compulsory if the child has a disability
  4. Birth certificate
  5. Result from the previous school
  6. LASGEM number (if available)

Important: The mobile number used during registration will be the primary channel for all communication.

Important Notes

  1. No Donation-Linked Admission
    • Admission is strictly merit-based.
    • Do not pay money to anyone claiming to secure admission.
    • Beware of intermediaries or agents who may attempt to exploit parents.
  2. Limited Seats Available
    • Due to high demand and limited capacity, not all applicants can be accommodated.
    • We understand your concerns as parents, but once admissions are finalized, all seats will be filled.
    • Requests for special consideration after the admission list is announced will not be entertained.
